Public Information
Participants acknowledge that some details, such as their name and voice part, may be included in programmes for events associated with the festival. PIV will attempt to indicate in advance what information from registration will generally be used for these and similar purposes.
Specific concerns
Participants are encouraged to highlight concerns regarding privacy promptly to PIV.
Social Media
Participants may be photographed, filmed, and have their voices recorded for publicity and social media.
